Please read and understand our rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on Tropical MC.
Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes in-game chat, Discord, and any other Tropical MC platforms.
The use of hacked clients, mods that provide unfair advantages, or exploits is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to x-ray, fly hacks, kill aura, and auto-clickers.
Do not advertise other servers, websites, or social media unless explicitly allowed. Sharing links in public chat is prohibited.
Keep all communication family-friendly. Excessive swearing, inappropriate content, and spamming are not allowed. This includes signs, books, and builds.
Please use English in global chat channels so staff can moderate effectively. Other languages are welcome in private messages or designated language channels.
Destroying, modifying, or stealing from other players' builds or items without permission is prohibited, even in unclaimed areas. Respect other players' work.
Use the claiming system to protect your builds. While griefing is against the rules, unclaimed builds may be at higher risk. Staff may not be able to restore unclaimed builds.
Any builds or contraptions designed to cause server lag are prohibited. This includes excessive redstone clocks, entity farms, and large-scale automation without approval.
Offensive, inappropriate, or hateful builds are not allowed. This includes symbols, text, or structures that could be considered offensive to any group.
Scamming other players is strictly prohibited. Honor all trades and agreements. Report any scam attempts to staff immediately.
In survival worlds, PVP must be consensual unless in designated PVP zones. Random killing of players is not allowed outside of PVP areas.
Disconnecting during combat to avoid death is prohibited. Players who combat log may face penalties and their items may be forfeited.
Using exploits, glitches, or unfair advantages in PVP is prohibited. Fight fairly and with honor.
Do not attack players in spawn areas or other designated safe zones. TP killing and spawn trapping are strictly prohibited.
Selling in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money is prohibited. All transactions must use in-game currency only.
Artificially inflating or deflating prices through coordinated actions is prohibited. Fair market practices must be maintained.
If you discover any duplication glitches, report them immediately to staff. Exploiting duplication bugs will result in severe punishment.
Punishments are issued at staff discretion based on the severity of the offense. The typical progression is: Warning, Temporary Mute/Ban, Permanent Ban. Severe offenses may result in immediate permanent bans.
If you believe you were wrongly punished, you may submit an appeal through our Discord server or website. Appeals are reviewed by senior staff and decisions are final.
Staff members have final say in all rule interpretations and punishments. Not all situations are covered by these rules, and staff may take action on behavior that disrupts the community even if not explicitly listed.
